UBC Studios Spaces Policies

Room Usage and policies

In order to ensure equitable, safe, and accessible facilities, UBC Studios has a number of policies for those who use these spaces.

The following policies apply to all rooms:

  1. These are not study rooms. Active bookings that are not utilizing the technology in the space will be cancelled.
  2. Before leaving a space, please restore it to a clean and orderly state. This includes putting chairs back, ensuring all devices are plugged in, and returning any equipment to its rightful space.
  3. Vaping, smoking, or any other action affecting air quality is not allowed. Users caught doing so will be made to leave.
  4. Please remove trash and other belongings when finished. Users caught littering will have any access to UBC Studios spaces and services suspended.
