The following policies apply to all rooms:
- These are not study rooms. Active bookings that are not utilizing the technology in the space will be cancelled.
- Before leaving a space, please restore it to a clean and orderly state. This includes putting chairs back, ensuring all devices are plugged in, and returning any equipment to its rightful space.
- Vaping, smoking, or any other action affecting air quality is not allowed. Users caught doing so will be made to leave.
- Please remove trash and other belongings when finished. Users caught littering will have any access to UBC Studios spaces and services suspended.
