Room Usage and policies
UBC Studios is happy to offer and support several spaces on campus intended to enable digital media creation. These spaces are equipped with unique technology to create and engage with various forms of digital media.
The following policies apply to all rooms:
- These are not study rooms. Active bookings that are not utilizing the technology in the space will be cancelled.
- Before leaving a space, please restore it to a clean and orderly state. Putting chairs back, ensuring all devices are plugged in, and returning any equipment to its rightful space.

Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Room Occupancy: 1 person
No Food or Drink.

Hours of Operation:
7AM – 10PM Monday to Friday
10AM – 10PM Saturday and Sunday
10AM – 6PM Holidays
*UBC Studio support available 9AM-4PM Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
Room Occupancy: 1-2 people
No Food or Drink.

Room Occupancy: 25-30 people
- First-time users are required to attend a room orientation.
- Please be respectful of noise levels with our Library neighbours.
